VAC banned or in-game banned ??

please help ! i play game normal , and not bug, hack, cheat, why i got banned in game ? , how i can fix this? thank you

you have a game ban, not a vac ban. if you are unsure what kind of ban you have, you simply have to look at your profile.

depending on the game, you may be able to file an appeal. many games do not have an appeal system.

steam support has nothing to do with game/vac bans and will be unable to assist you.

if its for csgo, your out of luck

CSGO game bans are permanent and cannot be appealed. Bans are issued for either blatant cheating, the 2nd griefing offense, or being involved in account boosting.

It does not matter who was in control of the account when the cheating infraction occured. Overwatch has nothing to do with VAC.

Should your GAME BAN turn into a VAC BAN, that would mean 2 completely independent anti cheat systems that use completely different methods of detection caught the account cheating and the ban will be permanent

If your account received a ban, you was probably cheating. But, the ban will disappear, IF you didn't cheat.

Can I appeal my VAC ban?

No. VAC bans cannot be appealed. If a VAC ban is issued incorrectly it will be automatically removed after investigation, but Steam Support does not manually remove VAC bans applied to accounts for any reason.

It will never be lifted.

Game bans in Valve games are generally permanent, and can not be appealed.
