Paysafecard refund

Hey everyone, I bought a bundle on Steam today (as you have probably guessed from the title, I paid with a paysafecard), but the purchase failed. Steam sent me an email a few hours later as usual, including the offer to buy what I tried to buy earlier with an extra discount. When I went to re-buy the items, I noticed the money I paid has not been returned to my paysafecard. Has anyone here experienced a similar thing? Have you ever received the money back on your paysafecard? Did you have to contact paysafecard support? Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.

It can take a few hours up to a few days for your payment processor to return the money.

Thanks for responding. I assumed it would take a few hours or even days, but I still decided to post this early as I wanted to see if anyone else had similar issues and how they were handled.
