If you wish to setup separate library folders for specific games, you can do this through Steam -> Settings -> Downloads -> Steam Library Folders.

Please note that commonly used dependencies cannot be installed in separate Steam library folders.

If your goal is to run two instances of Steam at the same time on the same system, that's not possible because you may only use one library per computer and each library may only be used once at one single computer at the same time. This includes the use through Family Library Sharing.

uh i see, the thing is i bought wallpaper engine on my 2nd account and i have done library share between the accounts but it still dont appear on my main account :/ same goes with soundpad

"Videos, software and free games are excluded from sharing. Not all games support Family Library Sharing."

Family sharing info should be added to every store page where 3-rd party eula/account is (like on steamdb.info).

I'm getting ready to finalize a new PC build and I'd like to find out if there is any way to copy my current steam apps to the new machine. Is this backup mentioned above one way to do this? I plan on keeping the new build a new, clean install, with no old system drives installed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
