Please note that commonly used dependencies cannot be installed in separate Steam library folders.
If your goal is to run two instances of Steam at the same time on the same system, that's not possible because you may only use one library per computer and each library may only be used once at one single computer at the same time. This includes the use through Family Library Sharing.

Family sharing info should be added to every store page where 3-rd party eula/account is (like on steamdb.info).
