Can't buy NFS:Payback

I had added NFS:Payback to my cart the day it went special so that I could be remind to buy it when I got paid from work. Now that I have money, but it won't let me buy it and the option to buy it at $4 AUD is not on the game's store page only bundles. How come?

I can see the Deluxe Edition on the store page for A$3.99 between the EA Play sub and the EA Racing Pack bundle.

And this is what I get when clicking on the link Cathulhu provided. Hitting Purchase for myself gives me the ever-common error of "There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance."

You seem to be subscribed to EA Play which already gives you access to the game, that might be the problem.

Yeah, the EA Play only provides access to play the games but still doesn't classify as "owning" the game. When I stop the subscription, I lose access to the game, which is why I wanted to buy it.

Normally subscription should give 10% off if you buy while that.
So buying should be possible.
