Steam support in accepted email contacts
Codes worked before, email is correct.
Support ticket requires code to report no code, but code is never sent.
Installed phone app, but that requires code to confirm log in.
Tried to turn off steamguard in account, but that requires code.
No contact info for Steam or Valve anywhere.

Looking at your post history, you should do troubleshooting on your computer. It's not a "Steam" but, there is something on or in your computer going wrong and for example Steam and Galaga are merely symptoms of that, not the cause.
You have to open the Steam ticket.
2. Tried to change outdated phone to new number. That needs code. No code.
3. Tried to log in on phone with Steam app. That needs code. No code.
4. Tried to log in on new PC after installing Steam. Logging in needs code. No code.
5. Tried to turn off Steamguard codes in account settings using old PC. That needs code. No code.
6. I checked spam. No code.
7. I verified email accepts Steam support emails. No code.
8. Looked for Steam and Valve contact info to escape this endless trap. No info.
I need help. Can someone please start support ticket on my behalf? Tell them to contact phillparker account owner.
At least this confirms that Steam is indeed sending codes to people, just not to my Steam account email. So the problem must be at my end. After I already went into Outlook and manually added both noreply@steampowered.com and support@steampowered.com addresses to list of accepted senders.
I am so pissed right now I want to throw old and new computer and stupid phone out window and jump after them, but that is not healthy, so I'm going to get drunk. Rage drinking. Woo!
