i got a refund on cod ww2 on launch with 4 hours , simply because the servers crashed when it launched in the usa
its not like steam doesnt offer refunds over the time , but if you just say "game didnt run" why waste time trying to fix it , its the same if you have to return a faulty product , do it as soon as possible
even if you want to fix it yourself , set a timer for 1 and a half hour , afterwards just quit the game , if you couldnt get it to run refund , if it was boring refund
I believe devs should come back to their games to fix their mistakes, instead of the community having to do it, but not much can be said since this is how the way things are for the longest time.
