But that usually only counts for the ingame achievments, not the one that register on your profile.
Once unlocked there is no way to relock them.
What you can do is use Family Share, create a new account and share the game with the new account, then play it on there. That new account can get all achievements again.

its been around for years and it has been said multiple times it wont cause bans , since all it does is simulate the same thing the game does when you fullfill what it takes to get an achievement , if you for example use a completed file from the internet for a hard achievement like treasure hunter in final fantasy 13 the game wont check if you got it legit on this system either , it sees the savefile has all "checkpoints" completed and awards the achievement , same with sam , except sam also lets you lock them again , i used it many times ( only for locking achievements ) and never had a problem
