... But does purchasing from the market count, or only wallet/games/dlcs? Like, if I send over a sack of gems or a random card for it to sell, and the make a different purchase within the market itself?

I have an alt account to manage as storage, so I was wondering how do I maintain its upkeep.

This message tells you that you can't use the market for this reason. No point asking if a market pruchase counts when you can't use it anyway.

Thank goodness! I set up my account beyond the new rule and I had to wait for a full 30 days. Glad to know that I don't need to wait that long if I missed the due date.
