Im not getting nfs after i purchased it
i dont know what happened but i purchased nfs heat and the money is debited from my account but i cant find the game in library or steam hasn't send me any email regarding that my purchse is made help

does it say purchase pending for you? I bought black ops 3 like 5 hours ago and the same thing happened. The money is gone but havent got the game yet

If it says pending then the purchase is not complete - it will either succeed or fail. If it fails then the money will be returned to your payment method in a few working days.

Impossible to say but if it's been more than 24 hours then you should just cancel and try again if you have other funds available. I'd try the link I posted and see if you have any luck through there first.
