Added 5 euros to wallet and still Level 0

Hey guys! The day has finally come, and I got the opportunity to add 5 euros to my wallet. The problem is, I am still level 0 on Steam. I've purchased a game with my wallet balance, yet I am still Level 0. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Purchasing games or adding funds to your wallet doesn't level your profile up, you need to create badges from the card drops you get from games or purchase the cards from the market place

And what was the source of the money you added to your wallet?

BS. You can't do any of that when you account is limited and you have to UN-limit it to get to level 1.

And how do I create the badges? I got no drops from any game, and I really am worried. Market is blocked for me (because it's limited account).

It reports 4.87 dollars spent on Steam. I need to spent 13 cents more, right? Any idea where I can spend those 13 cents (since I got 1.57 euros left)?
Added money via prepaid credit card (Visa one, if any of those matters).

Just so you know, you need to spend the 13 cents (preferably more as Euro value is currently falling) using external payment method. Spending money already in your Steam wallet won't count.

Yes, 5 euros are not 5 USD, only closely.

Be advised that, depending on current inflation, it may be worth even less in a few months or years. Better to spend or charge to your wallet a bit more.

If you can, try getting a retail steam wallet card the next time you buy groceries. Those count, too. No need to charge your credit card for that.

Unlucky, none of the grocery stores provide wallet codes. Fortunately, I've had something bit over than 5 euros on my card (since my bank counts 1 euro to 125 dinars (which is somewhere around 1.09 dollars according to their exchange rate). Now I am level 9, and I am glad that this mystery is ended. Sad thing is, I cannot put money on my sister's wallet now, only in future.
