I bought ark on steam but I played on epic games with another account. Me and my friend played on our server but we dont know how to play with our existing survival.

Do you meant that you would like to transfer your existing character and progress from your copy of ARK: Survival Evolved from Epic launcher over to your copy of ARK in Steam?

If that's the case then I would guess you two set up a non-dedicated server in-game using Host \ Local feature.

Whoever hosted the server has to transfer their savegame, to do this;

• Locate your ARK save folder in your Epic Games directory folder, by default it should be in;

C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\ARKSurvivalEvolved\ShooterGame\Saved

• Copy the save files in there.

• Locate your ARK save folder in your Steam directory folder, by default it should be in;

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved

• Transfer the files you copied over to this folder.


Also it might be useful in the future that whenever you have a game-related issue do ask for help in the game's subforum, each game has their own dedicated forums and people playing those games are more equipped to assist than a general Help and Tips forum.
