Market Hold

Hi, I finally got access to the market and thought "Oh, finally I'll be able to sell my skins". I couldn't sell them instantly though, because I do not have Steam Guard Mobile enabled. I do have it now, but there are two things I'm not understanding:

1. Since the Item is in hold for 15 days, but I need to have Steam Guard Mobile for 7 days, will I be able to remove it from the market after these 7 days have passed, and list it again? Or will I still have the hold?

2. Why did one of my items get listed without waiting, but the other twos got the market hold thing? Is it my fault?

2) Being permitted to put one item up on market each day without needing confirmation is normal.

I was worried because I saw someone saying that once I unlist my items, Steam will assume that I got hijacked and lock my inventory for 7 days, but I guess that applies only for trades then.
