Im trying to see a ticket reply there, but is saying

An error occurred trying to handle that request. Please give us a few minutes and try again.

is been 2 hours.

Pretty sure steam is unaware of this bug because there's no way to report it.

Same issue, cannot see the reply to my ticket. Has been 8 hours now.

Of course I tried different browsers, cleaning cache and cookies, connecting from the steam client and from other internet connections (phone internet data, other WiFis).

Same issue everywhere, maybe the support service is exceptionally cluttered at the moment.

OH NO its 8 hours already ???? how is this not blowing up on reddit and here too ? no sense. Does Valve even know about it ? bc like i got the answer for my ticket just 1 hour ago that means they think its still working but you now tell me that this problem has been around for 8 hours now how is this possible ?????

I've been waiting for a reply on my issue for 3.5 days and last night I finally got a response.
I instantly replied and this morning I noticed I had a new reply on the issue. But of course I could never read it because of the error above. It was stating last update was 4 hours earlier, so the problem is on since at least 4 hours.

I'm sure everything will be solved on their side in some time, opening new tickets would just keep overloading the support service I guess.

I'll just patiently wait, updating here as soon as I notice anything different.

The r/steam staff didnt approve it for over 1 h. BRUH.

i want to RMA a pair of index controllers, and io can't see because of this issue.

I have to replace the right controller after it started to register false input on the trigger sensor. I just sent an email straight to valve to fix their support

I just made a post about this too and wrote with a moderator but they also dont approve my post. Just told me i should post in Community support thread instead which makes no sense
I did just updated a ticket.. now looks working for me
