hey guys i have a laptop with these specs :

ProcessorIntel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz

Video CardNVIDIA Quadro K2000M

Video Card #2Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

RAM8.0 GB
can i play it and if yes in which video ?

I don't know if your GPU can play the game, let alone be decent enough to run the game. As normally Quadro cards such as the one you have were never plan, nor were meant for gaming. It's really not common for people to go after Quadro just to game, and that there's not that much information about this either since that's how little information there is about it when comes to gaming for pubg.

If you want to play the game in a low 640x480 resolution then maybe it's will run ... and I say maybe because the game might not even boot.

CPU very barely meets minimum requirements.

Not so much with the videocard. The 960 listed as minimum is many times faster than your workstation videochip.
