Steam autostarts with update and minimizes the front window every time after starting my pc
When I play something else, or watch Netflix - EVERY time Steam pops up in front of whatever I'm doing. 2 times in a row (first for update, then for login). It really sucks, when I'm playing something pvp and steam kicks closes the windows i'm playing in.

Here is what i tried:
Stopping Autostrart via Task Manager
Stopping Autostart via Win R - msconfig - (whatever the english equivalent to "Dienste" is)
Stopping Autostart on Steam itself

It goes like this since the last year. Everytime I don't play something on steam I have to deinstall it, because this is really annoying.

did you try disabling steam autostart in the steam setting.

Settings-> interface-> run steam when my pc starts (uncheck that)

None of the settings change that behaviour. The self-updater has had the bug pop up again as of a few updates ago.

@Specter: Tried this. Said so in my post.
@Sgjmc-Hotsauce: So, there is nothing I can do, except deinstall all the time? Does anyone else has this problem?

When I let steam make the update and then close the log in window and start a game, the log in window still opens up during a not steam game and closes everything...
