Error Code: -310 Failed to load web page (unknown error). SOLVED
All I seem to be able to get from the store pages. Please fix.

Steam > Settings > Web Browser > Delete Web Browser Cache and cookies.

Do that and re-start the client.

started noticing this problem yesterday, was able to access the product page on my android phone. interesting to see others having this problem too
