Xbox 360 Controller Issue
To lead this off, I am using Windows 7 with the Afterglow Elite Xbox 360 Wired controller.

As of the last week or so, whenever Steam is open, my xbox 360 controller has had the issue of my Right Bumper being read as also a right click, as if it has been from my mouse. In some cases, it attempts to move my mouse cursor all the way to the left side of my screen. This has disrupted me attempting to play games, causing the game to pause itself whenever I hit my right bumper.

Neither my PS4 arcade stick, nor my Gamecube controller through Mayflash adapter, have this issue, and again, this issue only comes up when Steam is open as well.

I have already attempted to uninstall and reinstall controller drivers. That did not fix the issue.

You have enabled something in big picture mode. Open it and check the controller settings. I'm not familiar enough with big picture mode to tell you where to look unfortunately.
Unfortunately i can't seem to find what it is that I could've possibly turned on, that I need to turn off. I never went into Big Picture Mode before this. But it's obvious I must be having a laspe in memory somewhere
Can you opt into the beta client and check if that fixes it for you. I think we have fixed this bug in the beta. Instructions:

I've had a very similar issue. when i press right bumper it moves my left stick X axis to the left... or moves the mouse cursor left in other words. I tried this on the Beta client as well and still have the same issue.
Update: I did switch to the beta client and my problem seemed to have fixed itself. Hopefully it doesn't come back.
