How long does it take for steam support to reply

My other account got hijacked and I put in three support tickets to help me get it back and it has been a few hours now

It varies....and sending multiple tickets does not speed up the process....if anything, it slows it down.

Well, why did you even put THREE support tickets? You're supposed to only put one. And from my experience, I always got answers under 24 hours myself so yeah, a little bit of patience.

you have to wait, it can take a day or two.. by opening up another ticket you are only making it take longer, as you are basically stepping out of the line to go stand at the back of it again

I wanted to delete one account. So I had to mail them regarding this. It took 3 days for them to reply. So around that maybe.. idk

They are swamped with people making multiple tickets, so these guys are right. Make one ticket, and wait. They will get to you. After all, you are a paying customer. It is good business sense to keep you happy.

If you got scammed there is nothing support can do as items are not returned. Just have to report the account and move on
