(For a friend) "Please enter the same address in both email address fields"

When my friend is trying to make a Steam account, at the email section it says that even though he put the same email in both fields.

Hey I know this is a pretty late reply, but I'm gonna post this so that everyone else having this problem can fix it. You need to make sure there's no space at the end of the email address in both fields, this commonly caused this issue, the same thing happened with a friend of mine as well.

I forgot I even made this post lol, and what friend had the issue. But they probably got it fixed if I don't remember who it is.
