windows 11 steam overlay to dark or to light depending on windows scaling.

Got a lg c1. IDK if that matters.
Having HDR on. on reccemended scaling the overlay is light. when lower then 250% it's to dark, like a reddish colour.
I hope it didn't effect in game. In game looks fine.
Any way to fix it?

Hey all these pidemics boss keeps making work extra time, so i went for it :).

Anyways any fix for this problem?
When in game with HDR enabled. shift tab enables the overlay, access web browser any everything.
300% reccemended shows it to light 200% shows it to dark. 300% is to large. opening up steam on windows seems fine.
I don't think it did that before. Maybe something i changed. Tried restarting/ reformatting windows. problem the same. maybe steam saved a setting. idk.
I don't think it effects the game. It very well could. IDK, so much stuff moving around..

I managed to get the zotac card. I already read it's a load card long time ago. Was going to buy a card from the best buy long ago. I ended up getting another brand.
The 3070 ti i bought is kinda pushing it in the laud noise department. I just did a auto tune from the zotac program. Playing doom Eternal maximum kinda pushes this card a lot. It manages thou. I just lower the res to get the frame rates.
Noise cancelling headphones i guess.
All the cards were sold out. no choice. Kinda better now thou.

I hear hdr isn't to grate on the pc side.
Looks cool to me. Didn't get a hdr tv until recently.
I literally have a 4k receiver that doesn't have hdr. Why did they even bother with 4k 30hz. I sat there 30hz. No, why, no.
Bought the expensive receiver thinking that's it. I still have it. It's not it.
Gotta save up to get another one. Now it's better with arc support and hdr 4k.
If i would of made the receiver i would of scrapped the slitter and just put audio in and out. Because it get's in the way. only 1 wire means i gotta upgrade again. I just wanted something for audio to the extream.

Tried battlefront 2 from epic store.
Has hdr in the settings. seemed to not have a issue.
Is there a setting in steam that could be a problem. Maybe something i did. I think it was fine before.
I tried restarting my pc. still no go. Ill try another TV or monitor when i got time to go to storage.
In game looks fine, plays fine. IDK thou. i don't know how it's suppost to look. it looks fine to me.
It's just the steam interface when when playing a game. sift + tab. alt z also for nvidea stuff.
