Is there any way to delete nickname history from external servers like SteamRep?
For some reason, webpages like SteamID or SteamRep store a ton of nickname changes I've made (most of them coming from dumb CS:GO/TF2 moments).

Is there any way to delete those from that kind of servers?

You could try emailing them, but the history is there to keep people honest. They'll probably politely tell you no.

There is only one way, you can remove them go to profile right under ur name click the arrow and hit delete alias.

As for servers no.unless you do as above said.

That works for Steam but external servers keep storing them.

If those sites are not steam itself, there may be a way for you to legally request for them to remove your data from their site... this would include your nickname data.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
