ESET scanning while steam downloading
Hi everyone.
I installed ESET Internet Security and... It is causing me problem :D. While I am downloading games on steam, ESET is scanning the traffic and using the CPU as hell. Result : My PC is making wayyy to much noise to cool the processor for nothing.
Does anyone know how to disable the scanning while downloading with steam ? Without turning off the firewall of course !

I dont want to turn it off. I want to create an exception in the firewall but for some reason I can't make it work.

Uninstall Nod32 or ask in their forums because this has nothing to do with Steam. Antivirus software is useless in 2018, it only slows things.

Well, I dont agree with you. It definitly usefull and not slowing things anymore.
