CAN I USE MY REFUNDED MONEY AFTER 24 HOURS?

Im a little bit confused because i requested a refund for rainbow 6 siege and it got approved and it says i'll be able to use my money after 7 days but when i checked my account details it says that my pending refund money will be available to use in 24 hours, so can i use my money tomorrow or i'll just have to wait for 7 days?

No, you'll get it within the 24 window after it was accepted.

Refunds to wallet usually take up to 24 hours now so you'll be able to use the funds immediately when they become available rather than wait 7 days.

Oh so i don't get to wait 7 days? Cool, it's my first time requesting a refund for a game btw so im kinda new in this kind of stuff

You can also monitor the refund by clicking on the pending amount and it should state how many X hours before the funds should be ready to spend. It starts at 24 hours and may take a full 24 but sometimes it may whittle down faster.

It may stick and then drop substantially - it's not a precise timer but more of a guide window. I had a refund with a 24 hour window and got it after 17 minutes back to the wallet ready to spend. It may go from 24 hours down to 10 or something. You will defo get it back within that period though.
