Chargeback U-Play Game Thing
Let's say I charged back a u-play game like R6 and bought it again. Would it link back to the U-Play account which would probably be banned or allow me to re link to another account?

If your steam account is currently linked to that uplay account, it would automatically go to that account.

A chargeback on a Steam purchase will lock your account. Don't do it.

Anyways, your original game license will just reactivate. You don't get a new one after a refund/repurchase. This prevents users from evading bans in games.
