How to RE-add a game in steam Library

So i had GTA V for a long time out of steam, at some poiont i added it and it was all cool. At some random point I deleted it from steam library when I tried to delete it from my PC. How can I add it back in ??? Options like adda stam or non steam product dont work...

The same way you removed it from your library, through help.steampowered.com

You type the name of the game, it's not in my library..

If you still don't find it, guys, search in library using the link answered above and click on the right upper corner gear to select: "Remove from hidden".
