Is support works on weekends?

chatting with them whole years, and noticed that on weekends often they wont respond, and sometimes they do. so wanted to ask you.

I'm not sure what you didn't understand about being told a Community Mod didn't ban you. It was a Valve staff member that handed you your ban. Support is NOT going to lift that ban.

I tried chatting with KillahInstinct via reddit but I couldn't change his mind. At least agree with me that they often abuse of their power. They are the "perfect killers": they murder and don't get accused, becasue anybody except them has power on the forums and they are all organized like a coalization against poor people who spent money on their account.

No, the global mods do not. They are peer reviewed and Valve will directly step in if they get out of line.

Game mods however are not always... open to ideas.

A permaenent ban for a post? u kiddin? It's too unfair. Something must be done, becasue this problem is getting out of hand. I never offended anybody nor named or shamed nor advertizied except a year ago. And now I have a perma ban. I'm so stressed I need to smoke a blunt longer than the route 66 to calm down.

you thin kthat in 3 years from now, after translating some stuff on the STS and creatign some TF2 maps, they won't lift the ban I got when I was a kid? Permannets ban on the forums are too strict. I hope something will be done.

Like I said in another thread, possibly to you, being helpful and doing stuff doesn't build up credit that lets you break the rules. Get a new account and behave, that's your only option.

None of those things exempt you from the rules. Given that a Valve employee banned you, it would seem that you've had enough warnings and temp bans and that enough was enough. Game over. No retries.
