I'm not sure what you didn't understand about being told a Community Mod didn't ban you. It was a Valve staff member that handed you your ban. Support is NOT going to lift that ban.

Game mods however are not always... open to ideas.

Your entire post history and infraction history was taken into account and a Valve Staff member ended your participation in the TF2 forums. Take. the. hint.
What you're fighting for is a get out of jail free ticket, and valve doesn't hand those out. Drop it.
None of those things exempt you from the rules. Given that a Valve employee banned you, it would seem that you've had enough warnings and temp bans and that enough was enough. Game over. No retries.
