featured showcase
my friend wants to artwork showcase on his profile but he can't! (his steam level is 4 btw) so he can only pick 2 showcases for his profile when he reaches level 10 or what?

First showcase is available at level 10 and the second one at level 20.

You get one for every 10 levels.

Yes, you should get 5 for level 50. Max showcase limit is 15, level 150.
