I have a problem with downloading stuff

I have been trying to download a game from steam and it downloads just fine for like 5-15 secs and then drops to 0 bytes and then it will go back to normal and the cycle continues, Very frustrating. I have searched through all the sites I could find about this problem but none of them worked. I have also reinstalled steam, flushed my dns , deleted the download cache, rebooted steam and my pc and switched regions and resetted my router. Downloaded another game yesterday evening and it worked flawlessy and i havent even been home today before this so I dont understand what could of have caused this. I had this problem before and got it fixed but it was a long time ago so I dont remember how.

This might not even be a problem. It just could be that the downloaded stuff gets installed immediatly and if your computer's hard disk is not very fast it might take a moment.
You should be able to see the blue line still continueing its way to the right side.

If it just drops the download then you might try to change the location where you are downloading from. Casual tip from the internet. Otherwise I will not be able to help you.
