Valve index controller
Ive been planning to get valve index controllers due to the fact vive wands are painful to use (the grip button on the sides specifically), is it possible to buy just one controller at a time?

No. Unless you can get the replacement controller.
I don't know the requirements for the "replacement" controllers. They may require you to own them first.

Since theres a way to buy just the left or right one from what i can tell
