[FIXED] Steam takes so long to launch and it won't open up.
EDIT 13.4.2022.

My solutio was to uninstall the Steam itself and reinstall it again to the different drive. Guess that fixed well, but I had to reinstall everything. If anyone will find my thread. That was my very best guess for fix it. MAKE SURE YOU SAVE "STEAMAPPS" FIRST AND MOVE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE SAVE, TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU WON'T LOSE YOUR GAMES ON UNINSTALLATION.

I tried to look for solution to make it work and I can't determine why it won't launch.

I tried to run as admin and it didn't helped.

Keeps showing the "verifying installation" and even I tried to remove it from task manager. Pops up my login, but suddenly goes "not responding"

How do I make it work fine? It never happened before and I don't know what to do now. Plus I'm scared to unistall and I have huge collection of games installed from steamapps and I can't find where to move safer to reinstall library again.

frutratingly it takes around 20 to 25 secs to load.
Tried fixing but nothing changes.

Its been happening since this cloud update.
Its as if cloud is checking steam first.

Steam Client Update, March 4
A new Steam client has been released and will be automatically downloaded
Note: a small addition to this update was released at 10:34 AM PST.

Library
Added cloud status to game details screen
Game list will now show cloud status icon and progress % for app when syncing / cloud error
Game details screen will now show disk space required for games that are not installed
Fixed screenshots not showing up for non-Steam games
Fixed shelves and viewing collections imported from tags containing percent symbols (%)


Steam Cloud
Fixed file conflict that can result from the first time playing some games on a device that has existing Cloud files from another Steam user
Added sync status to App Details page in Library
Added manual retry of Cloud sync for an app by clicking the above status if failed
If disconnected from Steam on game exit, queue sync for next time we re-connect
Fixed to properly track file changes for games which use AutoCloud when playing offline
Improve game launch process when offline (remove most instances of long timeouts)
Updated sync failure / conflict dialogs
Fix file conflict created in some cases when the game's Steam Cloud configuration has changed

Oh wow. Also, I'm stuck with the self updater as it doesn't updates. Even I pressed the restart to update.

So... Anyone? I'm bumping as I'm struggled and need help how to fix it. Plus the self updator is broken and I don't know what to do with it. And after like I've been waiting for 7 minutes when it's done. It doesn't show library properelly and it shows tiny search bar with no games and even I refresh again. It still doesn't help.
