Screen Solid Colour Freeze with Sound

Keeping it on point. When playing any games and only games after about 1 hour (can happen even after 10 minutes or up to 3 hours if lucky) my monitor will lose signal, after a few seconds will regain it and display only a solid colour. The colour is random: Grey, White, Purple, Cyan, Green, Orange and etc. It's worth noting that my PC is still ON and I can still hear sounds in-game normally without any looping, I can even hear myself alt-tab. The only thing I can do is to Hard Reboot the PC. This ONLY happens in games, doesn't happen in stress tests. I tried everything I could find online that was written on human language:

Resetting my windows.
Reinstalling NVIDIA Drivers.
Clean reinstalling NVIDIA Drivers.
Stress testing with Furmark. Didn't yield any results, tested for 4 hours at 81 C and no problem.
Cleaning my PC from dust. There was a lot, but it didn't really help, only made my PC a bit more cool.
Changing my fan speed.
Changing my power settings.
Underclocking.

I did not try to reinstall windows yet, but I don't want to do that unless it's the only way.
There is no malware on my PC, checked with TWO payed Antiviruses.
The PC while warm, doesn't overheat when playing games.
Windows Event Viewer didn't have anything aside from my Hard Reboots.
The only games I was playing lately were Garry's Mod and Fallout: New Vegas and this problem occurs on both.
It's possible my Graphics card is dying. If it's true it would suck a lot since I won't be able to get a new one for a very long time.
