Ark Ultimate Survivor Edition Vs Base Game?

I accidentally purchased the basegame and THEN the bundle which included the basegame. I requested a refund for the BASEGAME (Since there was no discount for already having purchased the basegame), is it safe to play the game since I did not request a refund for the bundle or will they deny my refund request for the basegame if I play?

It is a tailored bundle. You don't pay for the base game if you already own it when you purchase the bundle.

Looking at my bank account and receipts, they DID actually discount for basegame when I got the bundle, it just showed as a normal price in the steam store/history, probably because I bought them so close to each other.
