Is this the actual account id? If so, posting that so public doesnt suprise me you got hijacked
Probably was but they like so many others gave the code away with their username and password to a phishing website
Thanks all - looks like I managed to get through to steam support and they confirmed my account was hijacked but someone Russian! I've changed everything now just to be safe.

All that shows was it was accessed from a Russian IP. Anyone can do that. A smart hijacker would hide their true IP and location. Could have been a Chinese, Korean, German, american, British hijacker for all Valve or you know.
