Account hijacked with passwords and mobile number changed

Hi, I need some urgent help with an account that has been completely hijacked. I can't even change the password as all the contact details were changed

Hi - my email address was also hacked and when the email came through and i logged into my email account - the hijacker must have already deleted the email for me to click through

Then save your email and all associated accounts.
And follow the guide to contact support.
Maybe use another email, so its excluded that the hijacker can interfere.

Yeap i've tried to recover by account name. Just realised that emails from steam were blocked on my email address that was previously hijacked. It's going to take some time before i can try again - the emails still won't come through from steam

Probably was but they like so many others gave the code away with their username and password to a phishing website

Its been about a year since i've logged into steam so I didn't have the Steam app on my phone.

Thanks all - looks like I managed to get through to steam support and they confirmed my account was hijacked but someone Russian! I've changed everything now just to be safe.

All that shows was it was accessed from a Russian IP. Anyone can do that. A smart hijacker would hide their true IP and location. Could have been a Chinese, Korean, German, american, British hijacker for all Valve or you know.
