This process does not help him. He puts in stuff like new and old email, credit card info, cdkey numbers and when he tries to put in the code sent in the email, it says, that the account can't be verified.

It works. Follow the guide. It clearly has a section explaining what to do when you don't have access to the email address. You and OP need to actually follow the guide and not just jump to the end or whatever it is you do.READ it

I follow the guide, but in step 3 (change password) have problem: click to change password, open window with: How would you like to change your password?
Telephone number ending ** / I no longer have access to this phone number.
i choice I no longer have access to this phone number, text change tosend verification code to email address *****@******.**/ I no longer have access to this email.

at every step there is the choice to say "i do not have access" keep hitting those until you get to support

yes, I filled in all the fields and attached a picture with a CD-Key.
at the end it even sent me a code to a new email, with the proviso that I should enter it in the box.
I'll send.
and a message pops up: We couldn't verify the control characters you entered, please try to enter them again.
unfortunately I do not know how or where to change the control characters

since i have never had to use it, i cannot say what that would mean. i do know that many have used to get their accounts back

is your computer secured? are you using a script blocker that may be preventing the site from excepting the code?

if you do not have a virus, that means that you were probably phished and gave your info away.

as for that problem, all i can suggest is trying again. the guide has worked for many people who lost access to their accounts

and how many times? I'm not saying it doesn't work for everyone, I just can't use it and at the same time I can't write for support.

I´m logined on my old ntb, bud can´t login on web, or another pc.
