Streaming/Remote play - Only some games have option to stream.

When I go through my list of games on the computer I'm streaming from, some show the play button with the drop-down menu giving the option to stream it to my laptop, while others just show the play button. Which games are affected seems to be completely random.

What's particularly weird/annoying is that this also applies to games that I've been able to stream in the past, but now... can't? I've tried restarting Steam, reinstalling the game in question, blood magic, yelling, going to sleep and seeing if things will be different later, and searching for solutions online--the least effective method.

I just want to powerwash things from the comfort of my own couch.

Yes, I gathered that. However, where exactly in Steam's menus upon menus do I do that? Because otherwise, all I'm getting is that I can fix my inability to stream certain games that will only allow me to play locally... by simply streaming them instead of playing them locally.

The library screen for a game got a drop down next to the Play button. Or next to the Stream button, depending on what's currently set.
