Rarest achievement showcase broken?
Does anyone else have issues with their showcase breaking? Mine is upgraded to level 3 but only shows 1 row?

It's a well-known issue so you aren't alone. To fix, you'll have to earn any achievement but sometimes after it bugs out again. Annoying but possible fixable.

I've earned probably 100 or so and never changed.

Unrelated but do you know what would cause an achievement to lose its timestamp or not have one?

Having the same problem. Plus my perfect games page is glitched too. One of the games wont show the last 5 achievements. Whats up with steam achievements?
