Opened an account, purchased games, now I can’t download them, can someone help

Any more specific information about the problem? Do you get any kind of error message or something else, that hints to why the download does not work?
Also in the last days, there have been several cases, where downloading to or playing from external drives would not work. Might be related to your issue.

Maybe I’m not overly knowledgeable but I’ve been searching as to where is the “steam client” is? If it’s the install button on first page, it does nothing .
