No. Even the GTX 670 from 2012 is way faster than the rather pitiful GT 1030.

I don't know but I found two video on youtube that seem to say it's kind of play on the gt 1030 ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z-Px1Bua3KY but yeah even 720P don't get a constant 60 fps.

Whenever you have this question, just do what Lemonfed did and check Youtube. It's about more than "Will it run?" It's about what settings? Resolution? What kind of FPS can I expect? Any tips to make it run better? Benchmarks and Minimum/Recommended spec listings just don't tell the whole story.

On Youtube, you can find footage of just about any game imaginable running on just about any GPU imaginable. Actually seeing it played on the hardware you want to play it at can tell you everything you need to know about whether it will be worth it or not.

I will second Lemonfed and 8bitbeard, whenever people ask these questions I invariably look for videos where someone running some bottom of the barrel, below system requirements machine and is running the game at low settings at 720p or some-such and decide for yourself if that's acceptable.

Problem is minimum requirements and what the developers think is a decent experience may not encompass the depths people are willing to go to play a game on sub-low end hardware. The flipside is any issues you have, or patches that ruin the games performance, you're on your own because everyone can just point at the minimum requirements. And the fact the game ran satisfactory previously is a non-issue. So it's an at your own risk sort of thing.

I think people who aren't running super low end or super high end hardware tend to make a lot of assumptions and guesses about the consequences, and with the Internet you can easily double check those guesses and assumptions and decide for yourself.
