Steam cannot install/update games "No Internet Connection" even when the game is fully installed and has no new updates

So this randomly started happening today, and I cant figure out whats wrong here. Ive tried resetting my internet, Ive tried changing my download region, and Ive tried to restart my computer, and a bunch of other stuff, but nothing works. It usually just kicks me out of updating my games, as in, it starts to update it, then goes back to the update queue, and even the games that are fully installed with no new updates try to install an update, then say no internet (I have internet connection.) anyone know whats going on?

Same! I was just playing BeamNG.drive then closed out of it to play the Hunter call of the wild and i got the same popups. So I tried beamng that I just closed out of not even 30 seconds before and now it wont open. I don't understand whats wrong!

Same here, but not every games. Phoenix Point crashed, Wargame Red Dragon crashed, but Wargame Airland Battle works fine. WTF?

Same issue and ive done all the fixes it wont help don't waste your time deleting your steam and games

This has happened before, its an issue from Steams side. Not even changing the download region, restarting or any other thing will help it. You just have to wait it out. Usually takes a couple hours so sit back and do something else

i was searching here because i had no clue what to do, thanks for the information, i will keep this in mind the next time it happens

Changed to Dallas server and working

got exactly the same error. Updates dont work and also new installs. Everything else seems fine, like friends list or the store itsself.

maybe some Ukrainiens Hackers? Great to know, steam can locked all our oflline, single player games! not free to play games hein, real our money games!
