MATCHMAKING HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY DISABLED DUE TO USAGE OF THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS

I got banned today and i dont have any idea how it happens..

so here's what happened. I just created my account 3 weeks ago. I already played dota 2 before way back 2015 but already forgot my account.

now, i am starting to love the game again, the last thing i remember is i purchased a in game purchase. (2 immortal) then after that went straight to play a unranked match since im new.


then the game ended and i admit, i suck already, went 3-12-15.. and i just took a break come back after an hour and that is what i receive, first is it says i was banned until 2038 due to massive report, then i restart it, then now it says ''MATCHMAKING HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY DISABLED DUE TO USAGE OF THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS'' like wtf? what program you are talking about game devs? anti virus?



Lol i never imagined that DOTA has become so greedy now, if that is how you impose ban for low level player then i think its advisable not to purchase any ingame item then? what if a person bought too many cosmetic from your beloved game then you will just ban their account for playing for what? for having a 3-12-15? that isnt even ranked? WTF.. valve you can do better that that. guess its better to quit than to come back to this ♥♥♥♥ game.

Proof is not provided back to the user for security and concept integrity reasons. Everything you need to know is contained within that thread. Also in-game performance is irrelevant when it comes to an automated detection so if you didn't cheat yourself, you likely played on a device riddled with cheats.

thanks for the information mate, do you know any reason why this happened? what could be that cheat in my device? I do have antivirus that's all.. I do bought games in steam too, only dota2 is the free to play game so i am not smurfing or anything at all.

and one last thing, is there any reason that my account can be retrieved? i think the ban is already in my steam profile too. I just checked on it, lol i was already accused as a cheater even tho i didnt do anything i know that is against their precious rules. If you know someone retrieve their account after incidents like this please tell me, if not, then maybe i should just uninstall the game

Wonder if your other account got banned becasue of cheating and the new ban is because of ban evasion via new account? Not sure if VAC policies work that way.

Last time i check my other account its still working fine, I just dont know, maybe i shouldnt just purchased any in game item, i played almost 15 games already, after i bought a ingame purchased, then after that game i get banned. I really dont know why, is there any way to know how the hell i get banned? is there any way i can communicate to those game developers?

that's why im asking if, is there a way i can communicate with the game devs? so they can point out what the hell did i do, i am happy to cooperate if i violated any of their rules, and will follow whatever they want, if im ban then im good. Just not like this, its like a guessing game for me.

No, the ban is final and non-negotiable. If you are unsure of any 3rd party programs or have cheats embedded on your device then you'll probably have to reformat.
