Not all Family Sharing titles are showing up

So basically, my friend and I share libraries through Family Sharing, and a lot of our games are showing up for each other. However, the problem here is, not all of them are. My friend's most recently bought titles aren't always showing up on my library, and one of the games I got for free in a giveaway isn't showing up in his library despite the fact other games I've gotten the same exact way before and those ones do show up in his library. We tried fixing this by unchecking and rechecking each other's names in our Family Sharing settings tab, but while it fixed some games on my end, I'm still missing some of his titles, and he's still missing my one. Is there any way to fix this?

One thing I can tell you for sure is if it uses a 3rd party service that you need to log in to. For example Rockstar's launcher.
