How can i gift games to a friend in another country?

I have been in India for a long time but recently moving to Europe.I want to know what will happen to the money in steam wallet and will i be able to buy games from Europe steam with the wallet money as i wont have any other payment option in Europe?

If you're moving to Europe temporarily, don't change a thing. Your wallet funds will stay where they are and you'll get the Indian Steam store.

If you don't have an Indian payment method, you'll indeed have to change your store country as well as using local wallet cards. Still, your wallet funds will remain. Can you imagine the outcry (as well as lawsuits) should Valve wipe wallet funds?

You don't NEED to change your store country. Not if you don't want to use a payment method from that country though. That's kinda what I hinted at in my first paragraph.
