Bought Rust and its not in my library
Hi as i mentioned i bought a game with skrill,i have receip on skrill but in purasche history it does not show

If there isn't an entry for the purchase on Steam, then viewing it from Steam's end, your purchase never happened.
Skrill will automatically return the money to you within the next few business days.
