Victoria Complete On Steam?

I'm a bit confused of "Victoria Complete" in the shop. The game is there, but not in the buying options. It says Victoria I only, not Victoria Complete. Is the available game only the standard, first version or is it a combination of Victoria and it's expansion pack?

Victoria: Empire Under the Sun is the original name of the game with Victoria: Revolutions being the expansion. The game you purchase on Steam is the complete version with both under the simple name Victoria.

Buying "Victoria" will grant you the "Victoria I Complete" game.

It looks like at some point the decided to rename the expansion pack store page from Victoria Revelations to Victoria I Complete and use that to sell the game as one complete unit.
