Switch Pro Controller Constant Disconnects During Steam Remote Play

Hey all, I need some help with my controller. I've previously connected to my friends' Remote Play sessions fine, and had no issues with my switch controller, which use hardwired to my PC. However, as of maybe two or three weeks now, whenever I connect to their PCs, my controller will disconnect and reconnect repeatedly, and sometimes, after about 30 or so cycles, it'll suddenly connect and work fine until I tab out of the remote play session, where then when I tab back in I must go back through the cycle. The weirdest part is that when I'm out of remote play, my controller connects to my PC almost instantly and works flawlessly. Does anyone have any suggestions on thing to try to fix this?

You have to go to 'Settings->System->Switch to Beta' on the main Steam Link menu to change to the beta firmware, as well as sign up for the beta Steam Client ('Settings->System->Participate in client beta' in Big Picture Mode). Then your Pro Controller will connect to the Steam Link and be recognized as such. That said, it doesn't work great right now. The Pro Controller disconnects from the Steam Link at random pretty frequently. It works much better when connected directly to the PC.
