Can't get logged into account I bought my games on..
..so I made another account hoping I could figure out a way to get all my games I've purchased. So far, I haven't found the answer so hoping someone here can help.

I had taken Steam off my computer (never had it on my Android) because I wasn't using it. When I reinstalled it, I had just bought a new phone, and chose to use a new phone number. Steam wanted to send me a code via old number, so I couldn't go any further to log into old account.

I tried going to one of my games thinking it might show "You own this game already" or something in my purchase history that I used the same email. Nothings worked so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Thank you Supafly, but I couldn't figure it out because I confused myself with having 2 accounts. I will try and get help from Steam although I wrote them before on this and no answer in 2 or more weeks. I tried again today though.

Support will just send you to the recovery page; you have to go through this process.

So, forget about any account except for the one you're trying to recover - no other account matters when recovering. Support won't care about a secondary account and won't accept anything from it.

Log out of ALL accounts and start the process. Read through the guide carefully. If you get stuck on a step tell us and we'll walk you through it.

That part is if someone hijacked he account. As that hasn't happened to you skip it and go to the next relevant part.

Everything you need to know is in the guide. Read it. Follow it

You don't have to lock the account. As the guide states, it's recommended but not necessary.

You can move to step 2.

Ok, thanks Bee and Supafly, I finally got to a place that showed me a "form" to fill in with my info for old account including last 4 of card. Really can't thank you both enough, and I was not reading the "guide" correctly. I sent the form so hopefully hear from them ;) Denise :steamthumbsup:
