Hi,

I have 2 questions

1. How I can directly contact steam support team (those sections and suggestions via steam help do not work for me )

2. How I can obtain a game CD key (game key) or any solid prove I'm the game owner via Steam

Actually another one

Is there any automation way to see all "CD keys " ?!! I own hundred games


My actual problem is ..

Since I own those games I want to make a my own legal database with details that I own the games (cd keys or equivalent )

Steam is a online service and I have 0 guaranty that my product will remain my own, also Steam is heavily depend on Internet connectivity .. what I mean with that is .. you own a asset , you pay for a asset which you can not use if you do not have internet connectivity, now how you will download / get the asset is different story however how you will prove this is asset is your own is something important.

I'm shock how hard is to contact support team with specific question which is not in the predefined sections (any idea ?!?!?)

I hope someone to help me here, also to really understand what I mean, my other options are via the hard (legal) way, nut still I'm not sure how to contact steam to inform them before I go with such steps ... any way

Well this is a issue, how I can prove any of my more than 800 games via Steam are my own ?!

Far as I know, I pay a game and do not rent it via steam, aka I pay for a software and this software asset should not be related to my account in 3th part (steam)

This suppose to be a issue for all users not only for me!!!

If tomorrow steam stop exist as a platform what we will do ?

you dont own a game on steam, you have a license to use a program, nothing more.

if steam goes away, a decision will be made at that time.

as for contacting support, they mainly handle account and billing issues. random questions are not something they handle since it takes up time and there are far more important issues for them to be dealing with, things like helping someone recover their account, investigating scams, etc.

Get a product let say a phone, but if the shop from where you get the phone stop exist .. and for that reason you will not be able/allow to use your phone anymore
