And i would say, digital stores and clients have a huge responsibility to keep the things accessible. Thats why i find epics attempt to define the % a store can take strange.
It should not just be profit, but a basis to keep it running. And they better do.
Gog is what i would call a sell platform.
And btw let's forget for steam, this is true for all others.
I think when you pay for a games (license, cd key, whatever ), you must be able to use it indipendantly.
As for valve failing, they're either still have enough customers some other company will buy steam from the wreckage or we've all moved on to something else and neither you nor I will care.
Lastly I have ~600 but realistically I could lose 550 of them tonight without it affecting what I play at all. We tend to buy way more games than we have time to play anyway.
Well, then next time, read the terms of the service you think about using *before* you buy a ton of products there.
