Cloud Status - Out of sync
I noticed that a few of my games didn't show the green Play button. Never noticed that before, but there were a few. I think they had all recently been updated (but not 100% sure). Well I see that it says that the Cloud Status is "Out of sync". When I hover over that I get a message that says "Changes from another device have not yet been uploaded to the Steam Cloud." Is this actually an accurate message? I use Steam on only on device, this one. So what is the "another device" and why does it need to upload something to MY Steam Cloud?

This feels like it should just be something about me needing to download my cloud saves back to this pc (instead of another device still needing to uploading it) but that is certainly nothing like what the message seems to be saying. Since there is such a massive difference between what I think is wrong and what the message is telling me is wrong, I figure I should ask about it. Is this just an example of an error message being worded terribly? Or is this message really trying to tell me that there is some ninja hacker sitting in his hideout playing MY copy of Half-Life 2 right now and hasn't saved recently?

Steam now requires to check all our games are synced to Steam.
Backup save before trying this.
On any games that give sync problem in the properties of that game enable cloud briefly then under the Artwork in the library for that game a link appears to update Steam click on that, you may have try it a couple of times it will ten download. Its done,
Now disable cloud remotes saves again in game properties.

Fom now on if you click ongame in the library a short flash of a cloud will appear and check if our Steam Cloud is up to date.

Steam Client Update, March 4
A new Steam client has been released and will be automatically downloaded
Note: a small addition to this update was released at 10:34 AM PST.

Library
Added cloud status to game details screen
Game list will now show cloud status icon and progress % for app when syncing / cloud error
Game details screen will now show disk space required for games that are not installed
Fixed screenshots not showing up for non-Steam games
Fixed shelves and viewing collections imported from tags containing percent symbols (%)

Steam Cloud
Fixed file conflict that can result from the first time playing some games on a device that has existing Cloud files from another Steam user
Added sync status to App Details page in Library
Added manual retry of Cloud sync for an app by clicking the above status if failed
If disconnected from Steam on game exit, queue sync for next time we re-connect
Fixed to properly track file changes for games which use AutoCloud when playing offline
Improve game launch process when offline (remove most instances of long timeouts)
Updated sync failure / conflict dialogs
Fix file conflict created in some cases when the game's Steam Cloud configuration has changed.

although CLOUD STATUS may say Up to date. don't assume that's true. I just check mine on a game played daily, cloud files are dated October 10 of last year.
Don't trust the app being accurate with cloud.

Where is artwork tab in library?

Artwork tab is in your profile, open it then add Artwork. Upload it with title and description then view online and share the link to it
