Steam Client Web Service (32 bit)
this thing keeps spamming itself in my task manager causing more ram use and my laptop to get heated up whenever i play any steam game
I never faced this issue before (heating of laptop etc)
I cleared my Steam web cache and cookies yet this pops out and spams more than it should.
I dont need this thing why does it keep coming , Valve Please fix this !

I get like 10 of these when i open task manager , this isnt normal

Edit: I tried everything but it is only a Temporary fix
can someone give me Permanent fix?

Don't browse to shady web sites and don't play games that use Steam's HTML renderer. The second part of the solution may be sucky, but if you want to prevent Steam from spawning more HTML processes, not starting games that use Steam's HTLM renderer (Valve games spring to mind immediately as they have HTLM MOTDs and use Steam for pretty much everything they do except raw gameplay) is the soliution if you're annoyed by Steam HTML processes.

Well, if you wish go to really drastic, you can prevent the Steam web HELPER (not "service" as you originally claimed) by group policy. That really gonna suck though as Steam will lose any HTML functionality.

I said "Valve games", not "non-Steam games".

Dude I don't have any virus , I scanned with malware bytes and it showed no threat .
Also if u don't have any fix to this issue please don't bother commenting
The Steam Client WebHelper is a stripped-down version of Google Chrome[www.google.com], so there's nothing to worry about.

No fixes required, but I do recommend changing your account password if you have used shady sites according to one of the posts you mentioned.

changed it
did everything mentioned by everyone but it is just a temporary fix
I want a permanent fix
There is no fix.

The Steam Client WebHelper is, simply put, just a stripped-down version of Chrome, as I mentioned before. It is not a virus, and you are using the that stripped-down version of Chrome inside of the Steam desktop app.
